In the residential complexes of the Kreator-Bud company, there are terms for purchasing real estate in installments or in full payment.
With 100% payment, you can take advantage of current special offers and promotions. By choosing an installment plan, you can pay the first installment and divide the unpaid balance into payments until the end of construction.
The terms of purchase may vary depending on the city, the stage of construction and the active promotions and special offers in the residential complex.
Full payment
The payment term is 4 banking days from the date of the contract signing. The value of the property remains unchanged, unless its area is changed according to the BTI passport.
Payment by installments
The minimum down payment, which is a part of the cost of the apartment. The balance of the real estate cost is paid in equal monthly installments until the end of construction.
