About Beverly Hills DELUXE

Beverly Hills DELUXE on Mykulynetska Street – the first energy-independent cottage town in Ternopil. 

New conditions and circumstances in the country motivate the implementation of important decisions that ensure uninterrupted access to electricity under any circumstances. The autonomy of each cottage is provided by installed monocrystalline panels manufactured by Jinko, batteries, and inverters by DEYE.

Solar panels provide autonomous power supply, reducing dependence on centralized networks, and are environmentally friendly in terms of usage, as solar energy is a renewable source that does not pollute the environment and does not emit harmful emissions.

Own electricity generation allows significantly reducing or completely avoiding electricity costs, protecting against constant price increases.

Each cottage has a cozy courtyard with a covered terrace and lawn, with the possibility of installing a barbecue or mini pool.

A parking space for 1-2 cars is provided in front of each cottage.

Flexible planning solutions for cottages without load-bearing walls allow adapting the layout to the needs of each family and implementing individual design ideas.

The architecture of the cottages features a concise minimalism, with large panoramic windows designed for maximum lighting and visual connection with nature.

The territory of Beverly Hills DELUXE cottage town is secured and has controlled access. A large playground, gazebos, and a lounge area with loungers for quiet relaxation and rest are planned.

Thoughtful landscape design with auto-irrigation of the lawn, exotic trees, and fragrant lavender accents creates a cohesive concept.

Cozy atmosphere is enhanced by internal alleys with benches, green zones, and decorative lighting.

In the evening, the territory of the cottage town will be illuminated by modern energy-efficient lamps.

We create a space for you to feel comfortable, cozy, and safe.

Each cottage owner will have the opportunity to create their own landscape design for the inner courtyard.

In the future, the cottage town will feature a kindergarten, café, sports area, and barbecue zone with gazebos.

Beverly Hills DELUXE cottage town is located in a quiet area of the city, 10 minutes by car to the center. Nearby are a kindergarten and school, with developed infrastructure ensuring convenience and comfortable living.
