About the Project

Central Park is a multifunctional complex developed by "Kreator-Bud" in the city of Katowice, Poland, located at Mikołowska Street, 100A, adjacent to the city's largest park, Kościuszko Park.

Part of the project includes the WOL.100 apart-hotel managed by Ribas Hotels Group, where you can purchase apartments with finishing. At Central Park, you will find real estate to suit every taste: apartments, commercial properties, offices, as well as parking spaces in underground and surface parking lots.

Ribas Hotels Group is an international full-cycle management company. Thanks to the management company, owners of apartments in WOL.100 will receive a regular, turnkey monthly income — with the company taking care of all project management concerns.

On the first floors of Central Park, there will be cafes, a dry cleaner, a bank, an architectural bureau, a restaurant, a sports club, and retail spaces. For active residents, besides the sports club, there will be table tennis, football, and billiards. A soundproof room will allow events to be held without disturbing other residents.

The buildings are constructed using monolithic frame technology, with walls made of lime-sand blocks, and comprehensive insulation with mineral wool reduces heating costs. Windows with a five-chamber profile and double-glazed units are used for effective energy saving. Sensors will be installed to turn off the heating if windows are open.

The territory of Central Park is divided into two parts: a communal area around the development with relaxation spots and a children's playground, and an internal enclosed courtyard in a minimalist Japanese style.

The property is located a 30-minute walk to the city centre, near a transport and pedestrian interchange where all types of public transport are available. A 5-minute walk will take you to a pedestrian bridge leading to the three nearest universities.
