Upon full payment:
- 20% discount on apartments in buildings 2, 3, and 4

In the Creator City residential complex by «Kreator-Bud», discounts are available on parking spaces*.

Upon full payment:
- 15% discount

In buildings 2, 3, and 4 of the Creator City residential complex, there is a promotional installment plan for apartments. Several options for installment plans are available:

Installment plan with a discount
- First payment from 50%
- Installment plan until commissioning
- Price increase does not affect the remaining installment
- Discounts on the first payment depending on the number of rooms:
12% discount on one-room apartments
13% discount on two-room apartments
14% discount on three-room apartments
15% discount on four- and five-room apartments

You can also choose an installment plan with an extended term:

Installment + 26 months after commissioning
- First payment from 30%
- At signing, the installment plan is calculated until commissioning and additionally for 26 months
- In this installment plan option, the price per m² is increased
