Gravity Park

About the Project

Gravity Park is the first energy-independent residential complex being built by "Kreator-Bud" on Beresteisky Avenue, 139 in Kyiv, in the green part of the Sviatoshynskyi district.

The project will provide residents with uninterrupted access to electricity under any conditions. Autonomy is achieved through solar panels, inverters, and batteries that form a reliable energy system while reducing environmental impact.

In the Gravity Park residential complex, residents have access to the Free Watt electricity tariff at an advantageous price of 2.30 UAH per kWh with a single rate day and night. This is twice as cheap as standard tariffs in other residential complexes. Additional energy efficiency is provided by autonomous roof heating with rooftop boilers, insulated facades with mineral wool, energy-saving windows, and individual meters.

The architectural concept of Gravity Park was developed by Archimatika studio, focusing on the integration of natural environment and modern technologies. The building walls are constructed from ceramic blocks and bricks, with natural colours and eco-friendly materials used in the finishes. The courtyard retains the natural landscape: mature trees, walking paths, quiet recreation zones, and children's areas with minimal asphalt usage.

The interior space of the complex is designed on the principle of a "car-free yard." For vehicles, an underground parking lot is provided, with guest parking spaces located outside the courtyards. The infrastructure includes a school and kindergarten, as well as a shopping mall along the avenue featuring a NOVUS supermarket, McDonald's, a restaurant, a car wash, a gym, and a SPA zone with an outdoor pool.

The residential complex will have its own football, basketball, and volleyball courts, and tennis courts are planned on the parking roof. Residents of Gravity Park will have direct access to the park area and Verkhovyna Lake, connected by running and cycling paths within the residential territory.

On the first floors, private terraces are planned, and on the upper floors, spacious balconies measuring 5–20 m2. The layouts are oriented towards large living rooms and kitchen-studio spaces. Each section is equipped with two elevators, entrance groups feature mailboxes, and floors have bicycle storage and stroller rooms. To maintain the aesthetic of the facades, niches for air conditioners are provided.
