Metropol Residential Complex

About the Project

The building is located next to the Local History Museum and the scientific library. Together with the residential building and the business center «Andriivsky», the «Metropol» residential complex shapes the development of Maidan of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes, which is a model of a new high-quality public space in the city.

The residential complex features centralized heating from its own boiler house with individual apartment regulation of heat supply, and all walls are effectively insulated from the outside.

The complex includes an underground covered parking lot, on the roof of which a modern landscaping will be arranged with relaxation zones and a children's playroom. The highlight of the project is a cozy boulevard and a recreational square on Sheptytsky Street side.
